Taichi and Gakushi, labmates when i was doing my Ph.D. It was really great to see them again.
My favourite food in Japan, delicious and affordable kaiten sushi. In the photo, sea urchin sushi. Sushi king / Sakae / Genki etc have a long way to go.

We went to the Big Apple doughnut outlet at One Utama recently. I had seen lots of people queuing up at its Pavilion branch but the outlet at 1U was pretty small and sparsely furnished. There were many kinds of Big Apple doughnuts: some glazed with sugar, chocolate, nuts etc. It's soooooooo sweet! Maybe my daughter likes it?
